    Problem Resolved!
After years of fighting my 04 Suburban 1500 I have finally fixed my issue! Some point long ago I had an issue where I had to get on the throttle pretty good and ride passing gear all the way out. Upon coming to a red light or stop I realized the truck was just shaking and skipping really bad. Throttle response was laggy and was ready to stall any second. This was only at idle, once going it was fine. Another issue was it was running rich. Cleared my codes and everything was fine. Later on same thing happened and it seemed if I drove a long while it would resolve itself after normal constant driving. Thought that was weird but hey it was running fine when it fixed itself, but I knew, lurking somewhere deep there was a problem... I refuse to let a mechanic guess on things and charge me $500 or more and have no results so I decided to chase it myself. Read somewhere the O2 sensors were bad about failing. So took the 3 of 4 out I could get and sprayed them with brake cleaner and said that should do the trick! NOPE absolutely worse. So bought the special tool to take these sensors off because that one is in a bad spot to put a wrench on. Replaced all 4 and took it for the ultimate test drove and it passed with flying colors! Good luck, hope this helps you and you don’t have to spend years catching it!

5.0 out of 5 stars No More Check Engine Light on my 08 Silverado 5.3L
Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2020
At 130k miles I noticed sluggish acceleration, poor idle, then the check engine light come on. Checked it out with my OBD2 Scanner and found the driver side upstream oxygen sensor was bad. I bought this truck new so the bad oxygen sensor was original. After replacing the sensor with this Denso 234-4668 Oxygen Sensor my Silverado is running smooth again.

This replacement sensor looks a bit different than the original, however, fits and works like the original factory sensor.

The hardest part for me with installation was disconnecting the cable. Very hard to get a grip on the connector to pull apart. But, with a little patience and perseverance I replaced the sensor in about 40 mins.

I ordered a second one for the upstream passenger side and found it much easier to replace.

Overall, these Denso 234-4668 Oxygen Sensors work well at a reasonable price.
